Class Descriptions
MS Word/Excel A
Students will be able to create, edit, save and retrieve documents, understand toolbars and basic functions of the most-used word processor. Learn how to cut, copy and paste from from document to another, and how to create flyers with MS Word using and customizing clip art, Word Art and formatting styles and fonts. In MS Excel A, students will be able to create spreadsheets, open and save a Workbook, enter labels and vaues, name and move a sheet, preview and print a Worksheet. Students will learn how to create formulas, including build-in functions, copying formulas and functions.
MS Word Excel B
Learn how to format text and paragraphs by changing font styles and effects, change line and paragraph spacing, align paragraphs, work with tabs and indents, add bullets and numbering and add borders and shading. Learn to create, customize and format tables and how to format fonts and font sizes using Excel, change attributes and allignment, adjust columns and rows. Learn how to plan, design and enhance charts with Excel. Learn how to sort records on one and multiple fields and how to embed and link a spreadsheet and chart into other MS programs.
Microsoft Multimedia

Learn Microsoft's most powerful multimedia program by creating a slide show of your vacation photos or your next big sale's pitch. Learn how to create, format, print and deliver an effective presentation. Learn how to work with charts, tables and Office applications to enhance a presentation.

Intro to QuickBooks
Learn the basics of QuckBooks Pro to manage small business finances. Learn how to enter bills, create invoices, pay bills and create and customize reports.
Intro to Office 2007 This class will cover a number of basic computer software programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
