"BRAIN FITNESS" PROGRAM
A global team of more than 50 scientists at leading universities created the "Brain Fitness" program for Posit Science. Huntington Beach Adult School is now the first school in Orange County to offer this groundbreaking program to older adults in the Fountain Valley community and surrounds.
This new computer software program requires absolutely no experience on computers and has provided remarkable results for aging adults-with dramatic increases in memory, communication and thinking skills!
Sign up for our new 8 week "Brain Fitness" class and "work out" daily on specially designed exercises that are responsive to your level. Feel the difference immediately as you:
  • Lose 10+ years in your "brain age"
  • Improve your memory for names, directions, facts, lists and ideas,
  • Sharpen your listening and thinking skills
  • Gain vitality, confidence and alertness that you thought you had lost for good!
Class sizes are limited. Classes are offered two locations: Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley. Remember, you must commit to regular attendance in order to attain results in "brain fitness". Don't delay! (Note: daily attendance of at least 1-1/4 hours is required, but brief periodic absences or vacations will be accommodated. No classes will be held during holidays and the holiday recesses occurring during these dates)
Fee: $35
