Cooking for weeknight meals can be easy, fun and goumet, if you are armed with some experience, helpful hints, and effective recipes. Whether serving four to four hundred, the basics of cooking healthy and delicious meals are the same... planning, preparation and presentation!

Enroll in a series of four classes and learn the simple secrets of great cooking using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Instruction will include demonstrations with student participation and time to enjoy the results at the end. Students will take home a packet of proven recipes for each dinner.
