ETHNIC COOKING

Dish up some International flavors! Learn to enjoy making something different for dinner, dessert or appetizers. Try great ethnic recipes and techniques with unique spices and surprising results. Take samples home to impress your family. Content will include kitchen procedures, equipment and its use and a demonstration and tasting. Please email us to request a copy of the menus for each evening.

Instructor Maria Nicolaides is a certificated Family and Consumer Sciences teacher, a restauranteur and an experienced cooking teacher in a variety of ethnic specialties.. Fee: $55 per series (4 meetings)
